Dr Derrick Lian is a pathologist with the Department of Pathology, National University Hospital. He is interested in medical education, and has completed a Masters in Health Professions Education, for which he studied and wrote a thesis on barriers to Interprofessional Education (IPE). He has experience in facilitating workshops centered around IPE and Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (IPCP), and is actively involved in enhancing the functions of various teams in the hospitals for better patient care.
