Citizen Engagement Excellence Award

Service Delivery Excellence Award
This award recognises exemplary agency-level initiatives that have improved service outcomes by demonstrating citizen-centricity, service innovativeness and a holistic approach to service delivery.

This award recognises those who were able to identify new opportunities for improvement, and possess the courage to take measured risks and the perseverance to continually try and learn iteratively when faced with challenges.
