Singapore Health Quality Service Awards

Launched in 2011 by SingHealth, the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) is Singapore's first dedicated platform aimed at honouring outstanding healthcare professionals from across the healthcare sector who have delivered quality care and excellent patient experience.

This year, over 4,700 awards were presented to healthcare professionals from 45 public and private healthcare institutions and organisations from the Community Care sector for their indomitable spirit and perseverance, as well as their outstanding contributions to healthcare.

Highlights of SHQSA 2025 include:

14 Superstar Awards: Presented to the most dedicated clinicians, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, adminstrators, and ancillary staff who have made extraordinary impacts on patients, colleagues, and the community
4 Best Team Awards: Recognising teams that have driven initiatives resulting in outstanding improvements to patient safety, experience, and outcomes
Additional honours: 410 Star, 1,457 Gold, and 2,867 Silver Awards
