1. How can I participate? You can sign up for the event either as an individual or in a team of 4 or more members. We encourage you to gather your friends and family members to sign up as a team to get a 10% discount off the registration price. 2. Do team members still get a further 10% discount during the early bird promotion period?Yes, participants will enjoy a 10% off early bird price if they register their team during the early bird period. Please refer to the main page for pricing and registration deadlines.3. How do I register a team?a. Gather your team members and have the following information ready:

4. What type of payment does Form.sg accept?Form.sg accepts payment through major credit cards and PayNow. This is done via Stripe, a secure payment platform. 5. How do I ensure that I have made the correct payment amount for my team?Please complete the transaction by choosing the number of participants. You can increase the quantity accordingly by clicking on the '+' sign. An invoice will also be sent to the email that you have provided.
6. Do children need to pay for the registration?Children below 12 years of age are welcome to join us for free. Please note that only paid participants will receive iWalk t-shirts and goodie bags. 7. Is there a corporate rate for Corporate Participation?Yes, please email [email protected] if you are interested in registering your employees for the event.8. When is the deadline for registration? Please refer to the iWalk website for details on registration deadline. 9. Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend at the last minute?No. Registration fees are non-refundable and registration is non-transferrable. 10. Will I get a refund if the race is cancelled or postponed? There shall be no refund of registration fees in the event of cancellation, postponement or modification of the Event or any component of it. The Organisers shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or losses that may occur. Race Entitlements:11. How do I collect my iWalk t-shirt and goodie bag? iWalk t-shirts and wrist bands will be mailed to participants at the mailing address that they have indicated at the point of registration. The wrist band serves as an identification for the Organiser to identify iWalk participants for the distribution of goodie bags after the walk. The Organiser reserves the right to deny goodie bags to participants who do not have an iWalk wrist band on the event day.For group registration, all the team members t-shirts and wrist tags will be mailed to the team leader. The team leader will distribute the t-shirts and wrist tags to all team members.Participants are encouraged to wear their iWalk t-shirts on the event day, on 15 February 2025. The wrist band is mandatory for the identification of iWalkers on event day.The goodie bags will only be distributed on the event after the walk. Please note that participants must be present together with their wrist bands to collect the goodie bags in person on the event day. Participants who register as a team will collect their goodie bags under their team leaders' name. All uncollected goodie bags will be repurpose for other SCH events. The iWalk organising committee will not be sending uncollected goodie bags to participants after the event.

13. What time is the flag off of the 5KM walk and what time should I report on event day?The flag off is at 4.30pm.
All participants are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the flag-off time for warm up exercises before the flag off. Please refer to the programme on the website: programme (singhealth.com.sg)14. What if I am injured/unwell before or during the race?If you are injured or are experiencing any unusual health symptoms, seek the attention of our medical staff and/or marshalls along the route. Ambulance services are available if necessary.15. Is there a baggage check-in area where I can deposit my belongings at before the walk?There will not be any baggage check-in counter. Participants are advised to carry the minimum essentials to the event. Please note that the Organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items.16. Is there an official route for the walk? Yes, participants are to follow the designated route. Marshalls and directional signages will be stationed along the route. More details on the official route can be found on th venue & route (singhealth.com.sg).17. Are there any post-walk activities? Yes! We are excited to have you back to the Green Roof after the walk. Are there volunteering opportunities at iWalk 2025.Yes, we require approximately 60 volunteers to support us pre-event and during the event.
