SingHealth raises $300,000 for President's Challenge |
- 10,000 smiles collected for the President to mark the 10th anniversary of President’s Challenge
- SingHealth institutions undertook a range of healthcare-inspired community outreaches to support the charity
SingHealth today presented His Excellency, President S R Nathan, with a cheque for $300,000 at the closing ceremony of the four-month long fun(d) raising project, “Healthcare, I Care!” undertaken for this year’s President’s Challenge. The total donation exceeded the set target by 50 per cent.

Singapore partners India's leading healthcare group to enhance healthcare in North India |
SingHealth and two leading India healthcare organisations are collaborating to strengthen healthcare service delivery and management in hospitals in North India. This 1.2 million programme is enabled largely by a grant of approximately S$738,000 from Temasek Foundation, a Singapore-based philanthropic organisation. More than 500 doctors and administrators from North India are expected to benefit from this programme.
