The SingHealth Research Committee was established to promote research in the hospitals by cultivating an environment conducive to research and to coordinate all research activities within the Hospital. The primary objectives of the SingHealth Research Committee are to:

  • Identify and direct the areas of research that SingHealth should focus on
  • Facilitate the submission of proposals for funding
  • Identify gaps in research skills and expertise and formulate programmes to fill the needs
  • Identify and implement mechanisms to enhance the research culture and infrastructure in the organisation
  • Coordinate corporate-wide research programmes
