Shao Chuen is working on service operations improvement projects in SGH. His other research interests are in consumer behavior, epidemiology and international medicine models. He has a B.Sc in Biomedical Engineering as well as a Masters in Health Administration from Washington University in St Louis. He was an Administrative Fellow in Durham Regional Hospital in the Duke University Health System and a research associate for the Washington University Infectious Diseases Clinic prior to joining SGH. In his spare time, he enjoys scouting out new food places, cooking and fishing.
