Wai Leng is a medical doctor by training and has worked in the various public health institutions in Singapore as a medical officer before joining the team. She obtained her MBBS degree from the National University of Singapore and also has a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (Singapore). Her work in HSR and SGH are mainly related to healthcare delivery processes and quality management in healthcare.

During her free time, she enjoys swimming or working out in the gym to unwind and refocus. She also likes to relax and spend time with close friends and family.
