In line with our service improvement efforts across all SingHealth institutions, we are pleased to be the first healthcare group in Singapore to introduce the new real-time e-Appt System for all current SingHealth patients who are Singaporeans with a SingPass ID.
With the new e-Appt System, SingHealth patients can check, schedule, change or cancel their existing medical appointments online - at their own convenience. Patients can also choose their preferred appointment slot and confirm the rescheduled appointment immediately.
