Singapore General Hospital (SGH) is Singapore's largest acute tertiary hospital and national referral centre. Dedicated to providing multidisciplinary medical care and backed by state-of-the-art facilities, it offers team-based quality patient care that is widely acknowledged to be amongst the best in the world.
Established in 1821, SGH is Singapore's public sector flagship hospital. Specialties like Haematology, Nuclear Medicine and PET, Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery and Renal Medicine have been established as national referral centres, enabling them to offer the largest range of services in the country, with the most developed medical technology and highest medical expertise.

KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) is the only integrated women's and children's hospital in Singapore. The hospital provides specialised care for women, babies and children.
Offering 45 medical specialties for women and children, KKH is a major tertiary referral centre for high risk obstetrics, gynaecological oncology, urogynaecology, neonatology, paediatrics, paediatric bone-marrow transplants and paediatric open-heart surgeries. It is also a teaching hospital affiliated to the National University of Singapore.

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is a national and regional centre directed at the prevention and treatment of different cancers, including thoracic, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, head and neck cancers. It sees over 50% of cancer cases in Singapore.
As a one-stop specialist centre housing Singapore's largest pool of oncologists, it has state-of-the-art equipment and employs the latest therapies including mini transplants and targeted therapies which maximise outcomes and minimise undesirable side effects.
Physically and operationally designed to provide integrated and holistic patient-centred clinical services, it allows cross-consultation among oncologists of different specialties. Patients can therefore be assessed by more than one specialist during the same visit. NCCS also conducts clinical and basic research and develops public cancer education programmes wholly directed at the prevention and treatment of cancer.

National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) is the country's premier centre for specialist dental care. The Centre houses six main specialty departments, working to provide integrated multidisciplinary team management for complex cases such as implants, full mouth rehabilitation, cleft lip and palate management, dento facial aesthetics, aesthetics dentistry and patients with special dental needs.
We are equipped with 91 modern, state of the art dental operatories, a day surgery centre with 6 operating theatres, a radiographic and imaging suite and 2 dental laboratories. NDC attends to the dental needs of 160,000 patients every year and is centrally located with convenient access to the airport and accomodation.

National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS) is the designated national centre for cardiovascular medicine in Singapore. Our medical staff represents the largest cardiovascular specialty group, treating complex cases and seeing the highest volume of patients in Singapore.
NHC is the first heart centre outside of the USA and in Asia to receive the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation which is an assurance of safe and quality patient care for its patients.

National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is the national specialist centre for the management and care of neurological diseases, providing treatment for a broad range of illnesses that affect the brain, spine, nerve and muscle.
As a recognised centre of excellence, the NNI comprises a team of highly-trained specialists and nurse clinicians who are well-equipped to provide patients with high quality care in the fields of neurodiagnostis, neurology, neurosurgery and neuroradiology.
In the area of patient care, the NNI provides clinical neuroscience services to the various hospitals in Singapore. Our teams of specialists from the various departments work closely with each other to manage and provide specialised care for all patients. The institute also co-ordinates and provides clinical neuroscience training and conducts basic and clinical neuroscience research in Singapore. The NNI is one of the few centres in Asia capable of participating in international clinical trials for new medications, particularly for stroke treatment.

Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) spearheads and coordinates the provision of specialised ophthalmological services and is the designated national centre for eye services in Singapore. The centre is known for its high quality one-stop personalised service for patients who require eye care services provided by its staff of 450 highly specialised medical, paramedical and administrative personnel.
SNEC currently manages 14,000 major eye surgeries and 13,000 laser procedures annually. 9 specialties have been established to provide a full range of eye treatment from comprehensive to tertiary levels.
