SingHealth's Aescapulus Jan-Mar 2008

In a 2007 paper released by the Ministry of Health on
heart surgery in Singapore’s public hospitals, NHC 
performed well in that the observed mortality in risk 
stratified (Euroscore) groups of patients was lower 
than the predicted mortalities.
