SINGHEALTH is to use a $1 million grant to take in 10 to 14 doctors a year from around the region and upgrade their skills over the next three years.
SingHealth institutions such as Singapore General Hospital, National Heart Centre and KK Women's and Children's Hospital will provide the training and the facilities.
The grant was provided by Johnson & Johnson and will cover training in the following five areas - cardiology, radiology, urogynaecology, joint orthopaedics and spinal orthopaedics.
