I was recently fortunate to attend the ESHRE conference-2006 at Prague. I had a presentation on Growth Hormone Deficiency in IVF- an analysis.

Prague was an exotic destination with a pleasant weather and a beautiful countryside.

The conference was well attended by more than 5000 delegates from around the world, including the Who’s who of subfertility.  It was a sheer pleasure to know what’s happening around the world and update yourself on the latest. The days were taxing, yet rewarding. Lunch times and breaks do help to liase informally with the key people and if you are contemplating an HMDP, it’s a rare opportunity.  Evenings were of course spent enjoying the ambience, culture, architecture and food of a de novo destination.

On the whole, it was a wonderful trip with a heady mixture of work and leisure. The venue for 2007 is at France and believe me - I'll be there!
