SingHealth's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) E-Learning Modules

With the recent cases of death and tragedies related to CPR, SingHealth E-learning Committee together with SMEs, have developed 3 BCLS modules. These modules are comprehensive and interactive. It is hoped this will create an awareness on the importance of BCLS knowledge.

• This is a wired classroom of 16 User PCs and 1 Instructor PC. It is “Smart” as it is equipped with the latest State-of-the-Art Audio/Video Equipment for capturing classroom presentations as courseware content.
• Also caters for online video-conferencing activities like conducting interactive online classes simultaneously with overseas institutions.
• Students in the SMARTClassroom are able to view 4 sites at any one time, thus enabling a more efficient and enriching learning process.
• Students in the SHS SMARTClassroom are able to see the lecturer & fellow students at the overseas institution online from the screen.
• Throughout the lecture, students may also interact freely with the lecturer and/or students overseas institution, online & real time.
• Students in the SMARTClassroom may view the teaching materials uploaded by lecturers from either party throughout & after the lecture.
