SingHealth’s comprehensive expertise and experience enable us to participate as an effective partner for donor/lender organisations and their government and non-government clients who want to apply targeted or sector-wide
approaches for assessing and improving the performance and quality of Essential Clinical and Public Health Functions, Technologies and Services (EPHF/T/S). Proper performance of EPHF/T/S contributes to achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by helping to prevent and reduce morbidity and mortality for women and their under-five children, and by improving the prevention, surveillance and control of emerging and re-emerging infectious disease problems such as Healthcare-Associated Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance and other disease control priorities which contribute to the burden of disease in developing countries.
