NNI Offers Comprehensive Care to Spine and Back Patients

Patients with spine and back problems at National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) can now enjoy more comprehensive options as neurosurgeons from NNI work with orthopaedic surgeons from Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) to operate on complex cases.

NNI will also lend its expertise to the TTSH Back Clinic and work with TTSH to organise combined meetings with fellow spine care allied staff.

While the integration and coordinating of care amongst the surgeons, physiotherapists, nurse clinicians, pain specialists, rehabilitation medicine physicians and rheumatologists is of paramount importance, patients can now enjoy and appreciate the value added surgical expertise of neurosurgeons and orthopaedic surgeons working together in complex spinal cases.
