Dr Tan Ju Le is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Cardiology, National Heart Centre Singapore.
She graduated with her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Newcastle University, UK in 1993 and obtained her membership of the Royal College of Physicians, UK in 1996. She has been a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore since 2003.
Dr Tan completed her fellowship in Adult Congenital Heart Disease at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London, UK in 2005. Upon her return, she set up the adult congenital heart clinic, congenital echo service and developed the service of trans-catheter treatment of adult congenital cardiac defects, especially in the areas of percutaneous atrial septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus closures.
Dr Tan’s subspecialty interest is in adult congenital heart disease.
