The upward stroke of the brush demonstrates progressiveness and a constant pursuit of improvement, in a world without borders.

The logo was developed by local artist and Cultural Medallion winner, Chua Ek Kay, who uses a technique known as ‘ink wash’, to create a flow of ‘qi’ over the paper. This flow of energy and dynamism is evident in his rendition of the SingHealth logo.
