Boosters for healthcare staff

FOLLOWING weeks of the H1N1 flu frenzy, one healthcare group here has come up with a slew of initiatives to thank their staff and beat stress levels.
On Thursday, senior management from the Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) rolled up their sleeves to assemble care packs for their staff.
All 15,000 staff across the various SingHealth institutions will get the gift packs, which include bottled cooling drinks, sachets of milo, vitamin pills and hand creams.
Each pack also held a personalised card signed by SingHealth's chief Professor Tan Ser Kiat, and deputy chief, Professor Ivy Ng.
Other stress busters to come include discount vouchers at places of recreation and restaurants.
Weekly food and drink baskets will also be delivered to the wards and departments.
